HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

How can I return an item?

Should one of the products you ordered not convince you for any reason, you can return or exchange it at any time, except for customised models and those buying on a VAT number.
Returns are free of charge.

How to make a return?

1. Prepare your items

If possible, reuse the original packaging, otherwise use any other box you have. Items must be returned unused with all accessories, labels and tags attached.
The return or exchange request can be made by connecting to the following link: https://quercioli-firenze.returnsdrive.com.
After entering the order number and the email used for the purchase, enter the reason for the return, or confirm an exchange. You will receive an email confirming your request with detailed information.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

In case of approval, you will receive an email with a UPS or DHL Express label to be printed and attached to the package containing the return.
These steps are extremely important for us to process your refund.

When purchasing outside Europe, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Quercioli has no control over these expenses and their amount, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. In the event of a return, the costs of customs duties and other taxes relating to the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, your payment will be reversed and credited to your bank account. The crediting times may also depend on your bank, so we cannot guarantee any deadlines. Generally, the credit is made within 10 working days following approval of the return. In general, the re-crediting is done within 10 working days after approval of the return.

2. Attach the shipping label

If you have kept the box, paste the return label we will send you by e-mail, once you have sent the request and it has been approved at the following link:  https://quercioli-firenze.returnsdrive.com.
Ensure that you cover or completely remove the old barcode from the box.
In case you have lost the return label, you can obtain it by contacting our Customer Service.

3. Select the date most convenient for you and book the collection wherever you want.

If your label is managed by UPS choose one of the following return methods:

- Via UPS, visiting the ups.com page. Always remember to specify to UPS that you already have a return label. For more information on how to book a return collection click here.
- Via Ups Access Point, finding the point closest to you on the ups.com website after selecting your country

If your label is managed by DHL Express, choose one of the following return methods:

- Via DHL, visiting the dhl.com page. Always remember to specify to DHL that you already have a return label. For more information on how to book a return collection click here.
- Via a DHL Access Point, finding the point closest to you on the dhl.com website

Where is my order?

To track the shipment of your order, you can go:
to the UPS website and enter the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email. The site link is available by clicking here.

Or, on the DHL Express website by entering the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email. The website link is available by clicking here.
This way you will be able to follow the progress of your order and check its status.


RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE

 

Can I exchange an item purchased online?

If for any reason one of the products ordered does not convince you, you can, at any time:
- Return the item via UPS or DHL Express, and proceed with a new order;
- If you are returning your item for a size change, you can also exchange your online purchase via our page by clicking here, checking first that the size you want is available to make the exchange.
The products must be returned intact, undamaged and accompanied by a tag.
It is not possible to make an exchange for customised products that have already been exchanged and purchased using a VAT.
